Delivery

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, with the choice of 1st or 2nd Class.

Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st Class items within 1-2 working days after your order has been dispatched.

Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd Class items by the third working day after your order has been dispatched.

Please be aware that COVID delays and environmental factors can alter delivery timescales. As per Royal Mails website, with delays please allow your delivery 10 working days from the expected delivery date, to arrive with you. 

Dependent on the size of your order this may be sent for on a Signed For Service.

Whilst we try our best to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible, please note that due to us being a small business we do allow extra time for turnaround - approximately 3-5 working days unless stated otherwise.

Our delivery charges, shown upon checkout, include but are not exclusive to covering not only postage but packaging costs also.

If your order is going to someone as a gift, please add a note upon checkout and we will add a personalised note for you. Any orders without notes will be sent with an invoice confirming the price/s of the items purchased and also with the information of the purchaser such as the name and billing address.

We ask that you please ensure the correct delivery address is added upon your order being placed, unfortunately we are not held responsible for any incorrectly inputted addresses and will be unable to assist should your order not arrive with you due to address being entered incorrectly.

On the chance that your order is returned to ourselves due to an incorrect address and you wish for this to be re-sent to the correct address, there will be a re-delivery fee for this service. Alternatively we will process a refund for the items purchased.

Returns 

Due to the nature of these products we cannot accept any returns on items that have been used. However please do let us know of any issues with your order or if you are unhappy with the item/s you have received. Please ensure this is done within 48 hours of receipt.

Should you wish to return an unwanted item, please make sure this is done within 14 working days. Please further note that we do not offer a free returns service and therefore the postage will be at your own cost.

We would recommend ensuring that you return your item/s via a tracked delivery service as we are unable to guarantee that we will receive your return otherwise.
